Your name and email when you sign up. Your WhatsApp number only if you give it. After you order: your company details, passport copies, address proof, and the documents your filing needs.
Only to deliver the service you ordered — forming your company, applying for your EIN or ITIN, and filing your compliance documents. We email you about your order. We never sell or share your data with anyone outside the work itself.
Passport numbers and uploaded documents are encrypted at rest. Document links expire. Only the team member working on your case can open your files, and every access is logged. If you give us a portal login for a filing, it is stored encrypted and never shown back on screen — change the password after we finish; we will remind you.
Filing records are kept for 7 years (IRS record-keeping requirement). If you signed up but never ordered, we delete your details after 18 months.
Ask us any time what we hold about you, or ask us to delete data we are not legally required to keep. Reply to any of our emails.
